AnaDies is sad to announce the departure of our keyboardist, Talia Hoit. She has decided to step down from her role in AnaDies to explore other creative outlets and pursue other opportunities. We will miss her dearly and wish her nothing but the best in her future endeavors. Talia will be performing one final show with AnaDies on November 9th at The Black Sheep. Doors open at 7:30, its an ALL AGES SHOW and the cover is just $7. On top of that, there will be some killer St. Patty's Day drink specials, green beer anyone? We have a couple great shows with killer lineups coming up at The Black Sheep. The first show we will be playing is Malakai's CD Release on 11/24. Also on the bill for the night will be our friends from Grindscape, Another Shade of Hate and Sanguine Addiction. This is going to be a killer night and you don't want to miss out on all the fun! The second show we will be opening for Mercy Fall, and Crossfade at The Black Sheep on 12/11. Thanks to everybody who came out to the shows and the bands we shared the stage with over the past couple of months!!!! Our next show is Oct. 7th at The Blacksheep. It is Malakai's cd release party and the lineup is gonna be sick!! You don't wanna miss this one!!!!!!
We will be in the studio starting next week and we will be releasing the new cd around the new year so keep checking back for updates.

Its been a while since our last update, we have been extremely busy and have missed you all! As for the recent shows (Dark Arts, Evans Blue, Bottleneck), we had a lot of fun and played some memorable shows. If you made it out to any of them, we appreciate the support and can't wait to get back and see you again. *TOURS, RECORDING, THANKS:
First off we would like to thank everyone who made it out to the Classics show to welcome our newest addition Supah Dave. We have been very busy and are currently working on some new songs, artwork, scheduling studio time and booking another tour. The tour will begin on August 17th and will end August 28th. We are heading west this time and we'll be posting the cities soon. We'll give you a hint - everywhere we are going is gonna be HOT!!!
We will be making our way back to Lawrence, KS on Friday May 26th to play a killer show at The Bottleneck with our good friends Sidewise, Changing Faith, Device, and Mindrite. Then we'll be rushing back to Colorado for The 2006 Colorado Dark Arts Festival held in Denver that same weekend, Sunday May 28th. We'll be taking the stage in the afternoon at The Church and it will be a 16 and up at that location (21 and up at The Shelter). The Colorado Dark Arts Festival will be an all day, multi venue event that will feature live music, dj's and artists. The show starts at noon and takes place at The Church, The Shelter and Cafe Netherworld. Last but not least, we will be opening a show at The Blacksheep on June 6th for the band Evans Blue, more info about this show coming soon so keep checking back! *IMPORTANT ANADIES NEWS:
AnaDies is in the midst of some lineup changes. Our good friend Todd Morrison is no longer a member of the band. We wish Todd all the best and strongly urge everyone to show support for him and his other band Grindscape (http://www.myspace.com/grindscape). They are a kick ass band and a great bunch of guys and we wish them great success. *ANADIES/GRINDSCAPE TOUR:
The road was great, we're back home and getting rested up so we can make plans to do it all again. Everyone we met out on the road was awesome to say the least. The shows were great and we want to give a huge shout out to all of the bands, venues, friends and fans (both new and old) who helped make everything happen. We want to give a special thanks to those of you who went above and beyond and opened your homes to all of us and gave us a place to stay, showers, and some home cooked meals. That really means a lot to all of us and you are all absolutely wonderful people! We appreciate it more than we can say in words. We've played some killer shows over the last month or so and we'd like to give a big shout out to all of you who were a part of it! All of the bands were great, the clubs were fantastic and we want to give a big thanks to our biggest fans (you know who you are). You helped us promote these shows, stood out in the freezing cold weather (sorry about that), took photos, hung out with us, and raised a lot of hell in the process! Its been a while since our last update, we've been very busy lining up a bunch of killer shows and working on some new material. There has been some additions to our schedule, starting with The Larimer Lounge next Sunday afternoon. This is a 21 and up show, $5 or free with a copy of this ticket (print it out and bring it with you to the show. ![]() We hope to see some of you there, it will be a good time with drink specials and great food (BBQ!) I want to say thanks to Ty and everyone else from the Depth Charge camp for having us play their CD Release show at PinkE's saturday night. AnaDies has added a show for Monday, July 18th at The Darkside in Colorado Springs. We'll will be sharing the stage with Undun from Denver and Mankind is Obsolete from Los Angeles, CA. MKIO will be making a stop in Colorado Springs on their upcoming summer tour and we want to make sure and show them how much Colorado music fans can kick ass! This will be a show you do not want to miss! APRIL 11TH, 2005 *UPCOMING SHOWS: Thanks to Krachit and MilqueToast for playing a killer show with us last weekend. We had a great crowd with lots of energy, even with the technical difficulties you made it all worth while! We'd like to continue with that kind of energy into this coming weekend where we'll be playing the Full Frontal Female show at Classics with Minus Milk, Varient, and Prayata on Saturday night. MARCH 28TH, 2005 *COLORADO DARK ARTS FESTIVAL: AnaDies has been accepted to play the 2005 Colorado Dark Arts Festival in Denver, CO on Sunday May 29th. This 13.5 hour long festival features some of Colorado's finest music, DJ's, art, and fashion from the underground and we are very excited and extremely pleased to be a part of it this year!
